Operation and adjustment of painting equipment **Job Benefits:** Transportation allowance of R$ 285.00 (no deductions), on-site meal with a daily cost of R$ 3.38, health insurance plan (Unimed), dental plan, attendance bonus of R$ 58.00, and birthday gratuity of R$ 90.00. **Job Responsibilities:** Perform electrostatic powder and liquid painting on metal parts; prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer; operate and adjust spray guns, paint booths, and painting equipment; supply painted parts to the production line; control paint thickness, color, and finish; verify that painted items meet quality and productivity standards; record production output and any non-conformities; conduct visual inspections and quality tests on painted products; assist in the painting process and other departmental routines; organize, clean, and maintain equipment and the workplace. **Requirements:** Prior experience in electrostatic powder and liquid painting; availability to work overtime; easy access to the Niterói Industrial District in Canoas.
