Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and control programming for broadcast channels, ensuring continuity and quality of live transmissions, recorded content (VODs), and commercial breaks; * Continuously monitor incoming and outgoing audio and video signals, ensuring transmission stability, synchronization, and technical quality; * Execute the playback of commercials, station IDs, breaks, pre-recorded programs, and other content according to the operational script and program schedule; * Receive, verify, organize, and validate broadcast materials, commercials, and institutional content, ensuring technical and operational compliance prior to airing; * Manage and track broadcast playlists and automation systems, ensuring content is aired correctly and at scheduled times; * Operate signal distribution, routing, and monitoring systems across multiple broadcast platforms; * Log operational incidents, technical failures, and inconsistencies identified during programming; * Implement contingency procedures in case of signal failure, equipment malfunction, or broadcast system failure; * Collaborate closely with Production, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial departments to ensure proper programming flow and commercial delivery; * Maintain constant operational focus during live broadcasts and commercial breaks, ensuring precision and agility in operational actions; * Support operational process improvements and automation related to master control and content broadcasting; * Collaborate directly with Production, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial departments to ensure correct workflow. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical or higher education in Radio and Television, Audiovisual Production, Telecommunications, Audiovisual Production, or related fields is considered a plus; * Prior experience in master control (Master) operation, broadcasting, signal monitoring, or live transmission is considered a plus; * Knowledge of broadcast systems, broadcast automation, video routing, and signal monitoring; * Familiarity with programming workflows, commercial breaks, and live transmissions; * Basic knowledge of audio and video, codecs, formats, and broadcast standards; * Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with operating systems and technical software; * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention, organization, and operational agility; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in teams; * Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational scheduling. **Additional Information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is May 31, 2026\.** RBS is made up of people.
