Organization and control of inventories and work environments. Education Incomplete Elementary School. Experience **Desirable:** As a cook, kitchen assistant, cafeteria worker, or volunteer. Receiving and verifying food supplies; completing inventory control spreadsheets or pre\-preparation and preparation of food, following the Nutritionist's instructions. Knowledge **Desirable Courses:** Basic food education concepts; Food Handling Good Practices courses; Hygiene, food handling, and food production techniques courses. Prepare and distribute meals according to established standards. Assist in collecting and maintaining data and information within your area of responsibility, following predefined processes and routines. Clean and maintain the kitchen, dining room, and pantry. Assist in organizing equipment, materials, and utensils in the workplace. Assist in organizing pedagogical activity spaces. Control food and material inventories within your area.
