Responsibilities **Responsibilities:** Serve and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Prepare reports, technical opinions, correspondence, texts, and documents within their area of expertise. Plan, develop, execute, and control projects, systems, research, policies, programs, and events within their area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Plan, analyze, and execute technical activities to ensure stability, availability, performance, standardization, and configuration of database, network, and system environments. Plan, analyze, develop, implement, and maintain up-to-date procedures for access, usage, recovery, and security of databases across various operational environments. Perform activities related to requirement gathering, specification, planning, documentation, development, licensing, implementation, maintenance, installation, configuration, testing, and acceptance of hardware, software, and applications. Plan, develop, execute, and control software architecture activities. Monitor operational environments, diagnose and resolve production issues. Research and evaluate the technical and economic feasibility, optimization, and applicability of available market systems and new technologies. Conduct integrity verification tests for data and systems. Provide technical guidance and advisory support to professionals within their area of expertise and/or integrated teams. Develop, execute, and monitor planning and budgeting processes, including analysis of variables, scenarios, trends, and outcomes. Advise management in decision-making. Develop, implement, and update technical standards, institutional materials, procedural manuals, and processes within their area of expertise. Provide advisory, technical support, and training to system users. Participate in monitoring Information Technology performance indicators.
