Job Summary: We are seeking a hybrid professional combining the roles of SAP Functional Consultant and Functional Architect, with broad knowledge across multiple modules and support experience, to assist end users and manage the service request workflow. Dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and learning **What We Are Looking For?** We seek a professional with a hybrid profile bridging SAP Functional Consultant and Functional Architect roles, possessing broad cross-module vision and support experience. This individual will work alongside the internal IT team, responsible for supporting end users, validating solutions, guiding the AMS vendor, and ensuring proper handling of incidents and enhancement requests. **Key Responsibilities:** * Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication. * Manage the AMS contract’s service request queue, ensuring prioritization, SLA compliance, and end-to-end tracking. * Support incident analysis by performing triage and routing issues to the appropriate teams. * Validate functional solutions across various SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business processes. * Contribute to access profile management, functional support, and security best practices. * Support continuous improvement initiatives in support and functional architecture processes. * Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to define solutions and ensure delivery quality. **Requirements:** * General SAP knowledge covering multiple modules. * Prior experience as a functional consultant, systems analyst, or functional architect. * Hands-on experience in support, AMS, and demand management. * Ability to manage vendors, SLAs, and incident governance. * Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to engage effectively with business and IT stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of access management, security, and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance). * Experience validating functional architecture and SAP integrations. **Work Location: Porto Alegre** **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals can interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, propose new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
