





Responsibilities: \- Verify and manage payroll and electronic timekeeping; \- Monitor and oversee employee payroll disbursement; \- Provide clarifications and information to employees and management; \- Administer employee benefits, fees, and statutory contributions; \- Administer employment contracts; \- Monitor activities within eSocial; \- Manage vacation, leaves of absence, and work stoppages; \- Be responsible for personnel hiring and termination processes, including severance procedures; \- Maintain relations with accounting firms and labor unions; \- Ensure compliance with labor legislation; \- Act as legal representative when required; \- Assist with documentation and activities related to Occupational Health and Safety: workplace accidents, mandatory training (Normative Rules), etc. Requirements: \- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. \- Preferred: completed degree; \- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; \- Familiarity with eSocial; \- Proficiency in calculations; \- Prior experience in this role; \- Microsoft Office suite; \- Residency preferred in Novo Hamburgo/RS or the Sinos Valley region. Working hours: 44 hours per week (Monday through Friday).
