Our specialized team strives to deliver exceptional care, ensuring serenity and spiritual comfort to everyone we serve. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** We are seeking a new talent to join our team—someone focused and eager to grow alongside us! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review and draft commercial and corporate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and risk mitigation; * Draft and review low-to-medium complexity administrative petitions aimed at defending the company’s interests before public and private entities; * Represent the company at hearings before consumer protection agencies (PROCON) and Special Civil Courts (JEC), focusing on effective solutions and negotiation; * Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings in civil, labor, and tax matters, tracking deadlines, rulings, and fulfillment of obligations; * Interact with external law firms and internal stakeholders to align legal strategies and positions; * Support initiatives related to legal risk management and regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law; * Solid knowledge of Civil and Labor Law; * Ability to analyze legal processes and documents; * Experience in litigation and advisory routines; * Experience in corporate environments with high case volumes; * Proficiency with legal management systems and spreadsheets.
