We currently have an opening for a Commercial Analyst at Querodiesel, located in Canoas/RS. Responsibilities: * Monitor daily product performance results by region and by sales representative; * Analyze team metrics (dashboards), flag deviations, and anticipate trends; * Populate and validate performance dashboards and reports; * Ensure data quality in the CRM and keep sales pipelines updated; * Create operational alerts (consumption vs. contracted volume, fuel supply shortages, volumes outside standard ranges); * Support management and commercial teams with analytical materials for decision-making; * Identify at-risk customers and propose action plans for the team; * Assist in customer prospecting, activation, and recovery initiatives; * Conduct external visits to monitor operations and identify improvement opportunities; * Perform other duties inherent to the position; Requirements: * Experience with Excel / Google Sheets and Google systems; * Knowledge of CRM tools; * Business Intelligence (BI) tools; * Knowledge of Logistics; * Knowledge of Commercial operations; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Logistics, or related fields.
