We seek someone who combines technical precision, organization, and strong communication skills to support strategic decisions through reliable and competitive budgets.
* Prepare detailed budgets based on projects, specifications, and technical scopes.
* Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost composition for direct and indirect costs.
* Request and analyze supplier and service provider quotations.
* Update cost databases, indices, and reference tables.
* Compare proposals, identify risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
* Prepare reports and presentations to support the commercial department and executive management.
* Monitor scope revisions and budget adjustments throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Budget Analyst or Cost Analyst in a corporate environment.
* Prior experience preparing budgets for construction works, technical services, or industrial projects.
* Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet tools for cost composition.
* Ability to read and interpret project documents, descriptive specifications, and technical specifications.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet defined deadlines.
* Availability for 100% on-site work in Porto Alegre/RS under PJ (individual contractor) regime.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in engineering, construction, industrial maintenance, or facilities companies.
* Knowledge of budgeting software (e.g., Volare, Sienge, MS Project, or similar).
* Understanding of selling price formation, taxes, and contribution margins.
* Experience negotiating with suppliers and comparatively analyzing proposals.
