A medical equipment company is seeking a Billing Analyst in Porto Alegre (São Geraldo). **Responsibilities:** Analyze and validate order and sales records, ensuring consistency with commercial and tax policies. Prepare and issue complex invoices and fiscal notes (import/export, government entities, special tax regimes). Calculate and reconcile taxes and fees (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS), considering legislation and healthcare sector specifics. Manage electronic transmission of invoices and fiscal notes, monitoring delivery and receipt. Analyze and maintain customer, partner, product, and service master data. Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for billing to enhance efficiency and automation. Provide specialized support and assistance to internal and external customers regarding billing, taxes, and returns. Maintain organized records and prepare periodic management and tax reports. Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Accounting, Tax, Logistics, IT). Previous experience as a Collections Specialist, Billing Assistant, Financial Analyst, or Billing Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
