Identify and acquire new customers, developing new business within the transportation sector. Conduct negotiations regarding freight rates, adjustments, logistics contracts, and SLA definitions. Retain and build loyalty among active customers, as well as recover inactive customers. Align commercial proposals with the transportation company's operational capacity. Coordinate, train, and motivate the sales team, establishing goals and monitoring KPIs. Conduct technical and commercial visits to finalize contracts. Previous experience as Commercial Director, Sales Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
