Who can apply? **Young people aged 18 to 21 years and 11 months.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Apprentices will rotate through two tracks (administrative and retail) according to activities available at the branch. **Operational Activities** * Greet and provide customer support services; * Verify whether customers are registered users; * Inform customers about parking procedures and regulations; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking lots; * Promptly notify supervisors of any refusal to present credentials. **Administrative Activities** * Assist in organizing documents and files; * Procure materials and incorporate them into the inventory; * Guide users and assist them in retrieving data and information; * Serve suppliers and customers, providing and receiving information about products and services. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from high school; * Age: **18 to 21 years and 11 months;** **Additional Information** * **Employment Type**: Apprenticeship Contract * **Work Schedule**: 5 days/week, 2 days off \- including 1 (one) day per week at the apprenticeship institution * **Working Hours**: 4 hours daily: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Benefits**: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Telemedicine \- also applicable to your legal dependents! * Alelo Pharmacy: up to 85% discount on selected medications * Life Insurance * Career Development Plan * Estapar Academy: a platform offering professional training courses * Wellhub (Gympass) \- to help you build healthier lifestyle habits Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher
