Opportunity for career growth in a nationally recognized company **Junior Occupational Health and Safety Technician** ======================================= Bianchini \| Canoas \- RS \| On-site Job Description We are seeking a Junior Occupational Health and Safety Technician to support occupational health and safety department routines, contributing to accident prevention, safety culture promotion, and compliance with regulatory standards. We seek a communicative professional with strong professional demeanor, interpersonal relationship skills, and commitment to departmental activities. The role operates on administrative hours, with possible activities during other shifts and weekends as operationally required, plus occasional travel to facilities located in the state's interior. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct risk assessment and monitoring activities; * Perform safety inspections in operational areas; * Support administrative and operational routines of the Occupational Health and Safety Department; * Deliver safety orientation sessions for employees and third-party personnel; * Manage and control third-party personnel in the system; * Monitor high-risk activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations; * Support accident prevention initiatives and safety culture promotion; * Assist in compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and internal procedures; * Participate in audits, safety campaigns, and occupational health and safety training. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Health and Safety; * Prior experience in Occupational Health and Safety; * Knowledge of safety routines, inspections, and risk analysis; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Professional demeanor; * Proactive, responsible, and organized profile; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Availability for occasional work during other shifts and weekends; * Willingness to undertake occasional travel to facilities located in the state's interior.
