We develop an Automatic Language Processing (or Natural Language Processing – NLP) engine, which provides answers to human intentions formulated in natural language. Based on our proprietary and patented technology, Inbenta builds a set of conversational solutions for businesses such as chatbots, knowledge management tools, digital demos, and search engines. Our customers include many global blue\-chip companies in Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Services, Retail, Transportation, and other sectors. **Role Summary** As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will lead the technical engagement across the customer lifecycle—from discovery and solution design to implementation and ongoing optimization. You’ll work closely with prospects and customers to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of Inbenta’s platform, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. This is a high\-impact, customer\-facing role that blends technical expertise, product knowledge, and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** **Solution Design \& Pre\-Sales*** Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer goals and design tailored solutions using Inbenta’s AI platform. * Deliver compelling demos and proof\-of\-concepts, showcasing Inbenta’s AI products and tools. * Lead technical discovery sessions and present architecture recommendations. **Implementation \& Delivery*** Translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflows. * Deploy and configure Inbenta products. * Collaborate with customer teams to ensure smooth onboarding and go\-live. **Optimization \& Support*** Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting post\-deployment. * Act as a trusted advisor to customer technical teams, ensuring long\-term success. **Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 3\+ years in a technical customer\-facing role (Sales Engineering, Implementation, or Support). * Experience with SaaS platforms and RESTful APIs. * Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, or similar scripting languages. * Strong communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non\-technical audiences. * Strategic thinker with a customer\-first mindset and problem\-solving approach. * Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, or chatbot technologies is a strong plus. * *By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our* *Applicant Privacy Policy**.* *Your personal information will be processed for recruitment and hiring purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
