And we continuously drive **transformation and innovation**, seeking fresh ideas and new ways to evolve—whether in products, services, or processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain and support production schedules and manage supplier relations * Plan orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure material availability aligned with demand * Participate in projects requiring technical and specialized knowledge, conducting analyses, identifying improvements, and resolving existing issues * Analyze purchase requisitions, place material orders, monitor shortage/exception lists, follow up with suppliers, track and evaluate inventory, and propose strategies to reduce WIP * Support Production Planning and Control by providing necessary information for plan development * Develop area-specific controls (inventory management, production control, supplier performance, internal production) * Propose and participate in continuous improvement projects * Comply with quality management, occupational safety, and environmental management system policies and procedures within your area **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education; undergraduate degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields currently in progress * Industrial experience * Experience in materials planning and/or Production Planning and Control (PCP) * Proficiency in Business Intelligence software and Dashboards * Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills * Basic understanding of supply chain concepts * SAP experience (desirable) **Additional Information** * Medical and dental assistance * On-site cafeteria (factories) * Transportation allowance or shuttle service (factories) * Life insurance * Private pension plan * PLR — Profit and Results Sharing Program * Discounts on Midea Carrier products for you, your friends, and family members * **Midea Carrier Education Program** — tuition subsidy provided to employees for ongoing learning and development at colleges, universities, and educational institutions (available after 12 months of employment) * **Testers Program** — aimed at enhancing Midea Carrier product quality and efficiency through employee use and evaluation * Work location: Canoas * Work modality: On-site * Working hours: 7:20 AM – 5:08 PM * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws contract) We are **Midea Carrier**, a joint venture between **Midea**, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of home appliances and air conditioners, and **Carrier**, a global leader in HVAC and the company founded by Willis Carrier, the inventor of modern air conditioning.
