Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for verifying and validating invoices, entering data into the system, reporting pending issues, providing fiscal support to the procurement department, and updating departmental performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Invoice verification and validation with Contazul system 2. Fiscal support to the procurement department 3. Inputting department performance indicators **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES** **Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Verify whether the Invoice (NF) matches the Purchase Order (price, quantity, and terms) * Validate the invoice in the Contazul system and archive the XML file. * Manually enter or import invoice data into the Contazul system. * Specify the appropriate "account" for that expense (e.g., office supplies, raw materials, service provision). * Enter due dates and payment methods according to commercial agreements. * Report pending items (invoices containing errors requiring resolution by the Procurement Department). * Provide fiscal support to the procurement department regarding fiscal processes with suppliers. * Periodically update departmental performance indicators by entering operational data into pre\-existing spreadsheets or dashboards. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Expected Start Date:** 03/24/2026 * **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (completed) * **Work Modality:** On-site * **Preferred Education:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields Minimum Educational Requirement: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education:* Logistics, Bachelor's Degree * Logistics, Technical Course * High School (Secondary Education) * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree Languages:* Portuguese (Native) Transportation Allowance
