We are looking for a **Call Center Agent** to handle customer service interactions, provide support, clarify doubts, and ensure a positive experience across all touchpoints. We seek professionals who are communicative, organized, and focused on service quality.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide customer service via telephone, chat, and/or email;
* Deliver information about the company's products and services;
* Record customer interactions and service activities in the system;
* Resolve requests, complaints, and inquiries clearly and courteously;
* Forward issues to the relevant departments when necessary;
* Meet company-established quality targets and standards.
**Desirable Requirements**
* Completed high school education;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Basic computer knowledge;
* Ability to work with performance targets and routine service processes;
* Organization, attention to detail, and empathy in customer interactions.
**Advantages**
* Prior experience in call centers or customer service;
* Proficiency with customer service systems (CRM).
**Compensation and Benefits**
**Salary:** R$ 1.495,00

**Working Hours**
* Monday to Friday: 12:40 PM to 7:00 PM
* Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
