Check out the opportunity we are offering: **Field Support Technician** Type of opportunity: Full-time CLT; Model: On-site \- Indefinite period; Location: Vicinity of Ourinhos/SP; Monday to Friday \| Business hours. **Responsibilities:** Perform diagnostic, corrective, and preventive maintenance on computers and laptops. Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, displays, keyboards, boards, etc.). Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. Provide on-site user support for hardware- and software-related IT incidents. Register and update tickets in internal support systems. Conduct functionality tests after repairs and issue technical reports when necessary. Perform technical visits according to schedule or emergency demand. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Knowledge of the activities described; Solid knowledge of computer and laptop hardware; Own vehicle (car) and valid driver's license required; Willingness to travel.
