




**Responsibilities** * Perform all check\-in and check\-out tasks. * Handle online and telephone reservations. * Inform customers about available payment options and verify credit card details. * Register guests by requesting necessary information (such as contact details and exact dates of their stay). * Greet guests upon arrival and assign rooms. * Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities. * Respond professionally and promptly to customer complaints. * Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guest needs. * Confirm group reservations and arrange customized services for VIP guests and event attendees, such as wedding guests. * Maintain up\-to\-date records of reservations and payments. **Requirements** * Work experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or similar position. * Customer service orientation. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Bilingual (English). * Flexible availability. **Send resume to rh@hoteldiogo.com.br** Job type: Full\-time CLT Salary: from R$1\.664,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * 1 year in hotel front desk (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory)
