Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring parking areas, overseeing vehicle traffic and parking space usage through systems and cameras. Identifies incidents, records information, supports operational teams, and communicates situations requiring attention, in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Assists with access control, environmental organization, and preparation of basic reports, prioritizing safety, organization, and quality customer service.
