




Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Bachelor’s degree completed between 2019 and 2024 in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making and drive innovative solutions; * Passion for operations and people development, consistently seeking to deliver tangible value to the business and society; * Experience in the agro-industrial sector is a plus, but not mandatory; * Willingness to relocate to the Ipaussu/SP region.
