Job Summary: The Credit Card Operator will be responsible for actively engaging customers in-store to offer credit cards, insurance products, and personal loans, with monthly performance targets. Focus on monthly performance targets The Credit Card Operator will engage customers in-store, prioritizing credit card issuance. In addition to credit cards, we offer a range of insurance products to be presented to customers either applying for or already holding a credit card. For existing credit cardholders, our personal loan product will also be offered. The Credit Card Operator will be assigned a monthly target against which performance will be measured.
