




***About the Company:*** Our client is a Brazilian company specialized in post-harvest solutions, created with the purpose of integrating the best technologies in grain storage, contributing to improving the technological balance within the country's production chain. ***Main Responsibilities or Functions:*** * Identify and contact, through a consultative approach, potential partners (leads) for the company; * Carry out prospecting activities for new clients with the goal of converting new sales; * Close new orders within your operational region for the pre-defined products within the company's supply scope, adhering to the company's Commercial Policy guidelines; * Daily update of the CRM system with negotiation details and activities performed; * Strengthen relationships with existing clients and drive our business growth; * Monitor and manage your sales reports and commercial performance indicators; * Conduct technical assessments for proposals and effective sales, forwarding confirmed sales to the Projects department for sizing the products and services to be delivered to the client, followed by submission to production; * Participate in trade shows scheduled within your operational region to receive clients and present the company's products and services; * Prepare supply proposals requested by clients, complying with Conab's technical requirements as well as the company's technical and commercial guidelines. ***Requirements:*** * High school diploma, preferably with training in the agricultural sector. * Valid driver's license (Category B), with availability for frequent travel. * Knowledge in CRM system operation. * Experience in B2B sales. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Agricultural business and/or grain storage knowledge is desirable. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Company car, cellphone, and notebook * GymPass * Day Off, anniversary bonus, and maternity/paternity kit
