Job Summary: This role involves executing equipment checklists, monitoring extraction processes, implementing operational improvements, maintaining organization and cleanliness, and managing daily documentation and mill control. We are seeking an Extraction Operator II to join the EAB team in **Ipaussu \- SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Execute equipment checklists installed in the reception, preparation, and sugarcane milling areas; * Monitor the extraction process, verifying operational variables, results achieved, and daily requirements defined by the operations manager; * Carry out operational improvement activities related to the process and company-defined SSMA guidelines; * Follow operations manager-defined organization and cleaning guidelines; * Complete documentation related to daily sector operations, work permits, and daily material consumption tracking; * Perform mill control activities (via automation). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * High school diploma; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in welding and boiler-making (considered a plus); * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 5x1 schedule; * Residency in Ipaussu/SP, Canitar/SP, Chavantes/SP, or Ourinhos/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain the day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
