We are seeking an **Extraction Operator I** to join the **Milling Team** in **Ipaussu \- SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Perform equipment checklists installed in the cane reception, preparation, and milling areas; * Monitor the extraction process, verifying operational variables, results achieved, and daily targets defined by the Operations Manager; * Carry out operational improvement activities related to the process and the SSMA guidelines established by the company; * Create requisitions for items used in daily maintenance, as well as consumables for the team in question; * Perform equipment maintenance during harvest and off-season periods; * Follow organizational and cleaning guidelines defined by the Operations Manager; * Complete documentation related to daily sector operations, work permits, and daily material consumption tracking; * Perform milling control activities (via automation); * Welding and boiler-making activities (considered a plus). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in welding and boiler-making (considered a plus); * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 5x1 schedule; * Residency in the Ipaussu/SP region. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal chat to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about your day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
