




Job Summary: Manage the cooperative members' portfolio, prospect new clients, negotiate financial products and services, manage delinquency, and support the development of solutions for institutional growth and member satisfaction. Development of solutions and institutional growth **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Brief Description:** Manage the cooperative members' portfolio and monitor its performance through managerial reports; conduct visits for prospecting and negotiating products and services to drive institutional growth and results, achieve established targets, and enhance member satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the portfolio; * Prospect new cooperative members; * Generate new business through visits and foster loyalty among new cooperative members; * Market the cooperative's products and services; * Prepare and monitor credit proposals via electronic proposal; * Manage delinquency; * Support the development and improvement of products and services; * And other related activities. **Requirements:** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge of financial institutions' products and services; * Experience in customer service and negotiation; * Market risks (credit, delinquency, etc.); * Valid ANBIMA certification; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365\. **We are looking for someone who has:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Good interpersonal relationship skills; * Results-oriented mindset and focus on achieving targets. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, and/or Administration; * **Respect and appreciation for people are core to our values; additionally, we run inclusive initiatives, and all our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).** * **Our contact will be made via e-mail.
