We are looking for a **Machine Operator IV \- Loader** to join the **Bagasse Handling Team** in **IPAUSSU.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Operate the machine on top of biomass piles to feed material back into boilers, * Unload biomass; * Handle excess bagasse; * Clean the machine and ensure safety in all activities. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Valid driver's license class C, D, or E; * Experience operating loaders; * Preferred: Boiler knowledge; * Availability to work rotating shifts and 5 x 1 schedule; * Must reside in the Ipaussu \- SP region. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main steps (there may be additional ones, which you will learn about if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical conversation to learn more about daily tasks and challenges.
