We are looking for an **Extraction Operator III** to join the **EXTRACTION (MILL)** team in **IPAUSSU/SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Operate sugarcane juice extraction equipment, monitoring cane unloading and extraction at the mill. * Adjust equipment as needed and call maintenance in case of issues to ensure proper cane processing and juice production for alcohol and sugar. * Check the operation of equipment such as Hilos, defibrator, chopper, mill, among others, controlling oil levels, temperature, and vibration; * Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on valves, pipelines, and connections; * Replace combs and worn components as necessary, ensuring good condition; * Strictly follow safety procedures and use PPE to prevent accidents; * Operate Reception and Extraction equipment remotely via COI, monitoring flow rates, equipment behavior, and alarm management; * Guide field operators in solving operational problems; * Perform preventive maintenance on mills, including adjustments and part replacements, during scheduled shutdowns; * Carry out mechanical/boilermaking activities during off\-season, such as roller assembly, bearing and seal adjustments; * Collaborate to eliminate waste and maintain equipment cleanliness. * Exercise leadership by setting an example for operators and supporting the immediate supervisor in shift management. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed High School education; * Technical or higher education will be an advantage; * Experience in mill operation and maintenance; * Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (5 days on, 1 day off) and shifts; * Reside in the Ipaussu/SP region. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to learn more about the day\-to\-day responsibilities and challenges.
