Teamwork and good communication **Job Description:** Crop cultivation and animal husbandry, including soil preparation, planting, crop management, animal feeding and breeding, machinery operation, property maintenance, product processing for sale, and data recording—all conducted in compliance with safety and sustainability standards to ensure the production of food, fibers, and other agricultural and livestock products. **Requirements:** MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD; COMPLETE PRIMARY EDUCATION. EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE—PROVEN OR UNPROVEN—IS DESIRABLE.
