Their responsibility will be to complete the educational program, comply with the rules of the training entity and the Company, and develop technical and behavioral competencies related to the Program. Competitive Apprentice Salary: It’s an incentive — development is more important; ️ Pluxee Card (VA and/or VR): Great support for daily meals / food; Christmas Basket: A special gesture at year-end; Health Insurance Plan: Comprehensive care for you; Dental Insurance Plan: Always keep your oral health in check; ️ Life Insurance at no cost: Protection for you; Transportation Allowance: Convenience for your daily commute; Medication Assistance: Financial support for treatments and prescriptions; ️ Wellhub: Access to gyms and physical activities; Pluxee Cuida: Psychological, social, nutritional support, plus legal and financial consultations; Responsibilities and Duties Attend theoretical and practical classes offered by the Training Entity, according to the technical course curriculum; Fully comply with the daily and weekly training schedule, respecting timetables, minimum attendance requirements, and the established academic calendar; Follow all norms, guidelines, and safety rules defined by the Training Entity, including discipline and conduct policies; Perform practical activities in simulated environments provided by the Training Entity, as well as on company premises when stipulated in the program; Maintain strong academic performance by keeping up with evaluations, projects, and technical activities outlined in the pedagogical plan; Submit attendance certificates, grades, and reports issued by the Training Entity to HR/manager upon request; Take care of materials, equipment, and facilities used both at the Training Entity and the company during the training process; Demonstrate ethical conduct, respect for coexistence norms, and alignment with company culture; Develop technical and socioemotional competencies outlined in the program, including communication, organization, responsibility, and teamwork; Fully adhere to the academic calendar defined by the Training Entity, including recess periods; Properly use mandatory PPE required by the Training Entity and the company, where applicable; Represent the company responsibly and with commitment throughout all stages of the program. Requirements and Qualifications ✅ Enrolled in the course corresponding to the Apprenticeship Development Program; ✅ Availability to attend practical and theoretical training on scheduled days and times as per the calendar; ✅ Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company and Training Entity rules; ✅ Flexibility to travel to the company and the Training Entity; ✅ Proper use of required PPE (when applicable to the course); ✅ Submission of basic documentation required for hiring; ✅ For candidates under 18 years old: presence of a legal guardian when requested.
