Their responsibility will be to complete the educational program, comply with the rules of the training entity and the Company, and develop technical and behavioral competencies related to the Program. Requirements and Qualifications ✅ Enrolled in the course corresponding to the Apprenticeship Development Program; ✅ Availability to attend practical and theoretical training on scheduled days and times as per the calendar; ✅ Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company and Training Entity rules; ✅ Flexibility to travel to the company and the Training Entity; ✅ Proper use of required PPE (when applicable to the course); ✅ Submission of basic documentation required for hiring; ✅ For candidates under 18 years old: presence of a legal guardian when requested.
