Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety GS Inima Brasil \| Ourinhos \- SP \| On-site Job Description Responsible for coordinating sanitation and infrastructure projects and construction works, managing technical, executive, and contractual aspects. Leads engineering teams in project development, planning, and execution of construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety. Also manages contracts and suppliers, and supports other activities as needed. **Working Hours:** **08:00 to 18:00 with 1:12 lunch break / Compensatory Saturday** Responsibilities and Duties * Coordinate engineering project activities, including planning, execution, and supervision of construction works, performing technical, executive, and contractual management of sanitation and infrastructure projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers. * Coordinate engineering teams in project development, conducting technical studies, performing technical and executive analyses, evaluating engineering processes, validating technical specifications for supplies and services, assessing proposed construction methods, and approving projects for execution. * Coordinate the project/construction’s executive and economic planning, managing the team responsible for budget preparation and monitoring, scheduling, and physical progress tracking, identifying potential deviations and defining recovery actions to meet schedules, budgets, and targets. * Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams for execution, supervision, and inspection of sanitation and infrastructure construction works, ensuring compliance with specifications, adherence to execution drawings, deadlines, costs, safety, and work quality. * Control resources, supplies, and inputs, and define workforce requirements for construction execution and supervision. * Coordinate teams by defining work methods, assigning tasks, and monitoring, verifying, and validating deliverables, ensuring that construction phases are executed according to project requirements, quality, safety, and timelines. * Ensure implementation of technical, construction, and structural improvements across various systems and projects through supervision of internal teams and/or subcontractors and project development activities. * Manage service provider and supply contracts, covering contractual, financial, physical, and executive aspects. * Inspect processes, implementing preventive and corrective actions, identifying potential flaws in work and promoting necessary corrections. * Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation related to civil construction, occupational safety, and environmental protection. * Perform other related duties as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor's Degree Completed **Field:** Civil Engineering Experience: * Experience executing sanitation construction works; * Experience managing construction contracts; * Experience using project monitoring methodologies; * Prior experience coordinating engineering project teams. Desirable Requirements Postgraduate degree in Project Management. **Experience:** * Previous experience in management roles; * Experience with CAPEX in sanitation concession contracts; * Technical knowledge of sanitary treatment processes; * Experience in basic sanitation construction works; * Experience executing urban infrastructure construction works; * Experience managing teams, subcontracted companies, and suppliers; * Knowledge of administrative aspects of construction works.
