Structuring and positioning solutions that effectively address clients’ complex demands and needs. Defining the technical architecture and structure of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with the client’s business needs and technical feasibility. Serving as a strategic interface with technical teams (Architecture and Solutions) to validate, refine, and ensure delivery of solutions, while securing necessary engagement in complex service negotiations involving customizations and/or integrations. Continuously monitoring technological trends, innovations, and market movements to anticipate needs and adapt the solutions portfolio. Supporting sales strategy execution and pipeline evolution by producing vision documents and proposals aligned with clients’ business problems, budgets, and timelines, and managing the full funnel lifecycle—from prospecting through to closure. Delivering technology-expert presentations on the Esri platform and partner solutions to clients and at industry events, reinforcing Imagem’s value proposition. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** Solid experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales, Strategic Consulting, or Solution Architecture roles, preferably within B2B and B2G contexts. Deep knowledge and proven ability to structure value propositions, business models, and complex technical offerings. Analytical and strategic capability to identify trends, analyze market data, and translate insights into actionable plans and tangible business opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with and influence executives and technical teams. Strong expertise in geotechnologies—especially the Esri platform—and their applications across diverse markets. Fluent/Advanced English; advanced Spanish is considered a plus. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering), Business (Economics, Administration), or Geosciences.
