Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields (preferred); * Knowledge of SAP PM module; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; * Understanding of maintenance planning concepts (man-hours, duration, resources); * Experience in schedule control and scheduling; * Residency in Canitar/SP, Chavantes/SP, Ipaussu/SP, or Ourinhos/SP. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage work orders with priority given to scheduling; * Prioritize tasks using the Raízen Prioritization Algorithm; * Control and assess all resources required for scheduling (available man-hours, workshops, support equipment, special tools, auxiliary resources, etc.); * Validate the proposed schedule during the weekly scheduling meeting with all production areas and maintenance workshops, and update the status of all scheduled orders; * Publish and disseminate the approved maintenance schedule and cost schedule to all production areas and maintenance workshops; * Conduct daily alignment meetings on scheduling to address deviations; * Coordinate opportunity-based shutdowns (e.g., due to rain) and preventive maintenance activities for the unit, and communicate related schedules; * Generate and schedule OM08 orders from the systematic plan for execution in the following week; * Update the execution status of the 52-Week Plan; * Monitor performance indicators under your responsibility (Scheduling Adherence and Scheduling Load), conduct forecasting studies and develop action plans to ensure compliance; * Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments and the unit; participate in Maintenance Maturity Index (IMM) audits and follow up on corrective actions; 2512140202201862005
