In this role, you are expected to: * Supervise and coordinate operation and maintenance activities at transmission and distribution system control centers across the entire state of Ceará, maintaining electricity supply at pre\-established levels. * Supervise and coordinate the work of Low\-Voltage Operators and emergency response performance. * Assume, on an emergency basis, the activities, authorities, and responsibilities of LV and MV Operators. * Authorize emergency instructions within the electrical system for LV and MV networks, Coelce substations, and customer substations supplied at MV or LV. Keep Control Center Coordinators and Operation and Maintenance Area Managers informed about incidents and restoration progress. * Mobilize maintenance technicians and support staff to intervene in disturbed or interrupted systems. * Be responsible for analyzing recorded LV and MV incidents and ensuring accurate information to enable effective power supply quality management. Keep Enel and regional operation centers (CDUs) informed of incidents affecting or impacting the electrical system under their respective operational responsibilities.
