Continuous development of our employees is a priority, as well as their well-being and job satisfaction. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide in-person customer service and guidance; * Support in resolving customer issues and answering questions; * Handle complaints and information requests; * Assist in issuing various documents and receipts; * Support the team in managing and organizing customer service queues; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of agency processes and procedures; * Perform other related tasks. **Requirements and qualifications** * Scholarship of **R$500.00 + R$66.00** transportation allowance; * Currently enrolled in high school or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Economics, or a Technical Degree in Human Resources. * Availability to intern **during morning shift from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM**; * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing; * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines; * Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues from different departments; * Familiarity with computer usage and office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to improvements. **Additional information** * Scholarship of **R$500.00 + R$66.00** transportation allowance; **We Focus on Process Management** With 18 years in the market, Logos has extensive experience in In-Person Service and Call Center operations.
