Our work environment is relaxed and collaborative, full of learning opportunities and possibilities for you to grow your career with autonomy and support from leaders and peers. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Architecture & Development:** Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable, high-performance web applications using React. * **Technical Leadership:** Serve as the technical reference for the frontend team, guiding developers of varying seniority levels on architectural decisions and best practices. * **Code Quality:** Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, implementation of automated tests (unit, integration, and E2E), and promotion of a culture of technical excellence. * **Performance & Optimization:** Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our applications are fast and responsive. * **Security:** Implement frontend security best practices to protect our users and data against common vulnerabilities. * **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to translate business requirements and designs into robust technical solutions. * **Innovation:** Research, prototype, and recommend adoption of new technologies and tools that can enhance our tech stack and development processes. **What We Require:** * Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6\+), TypeScript, CSS, and frameworks such as React (Hooks, Context API, etc.), Angular, or Vue.js. * Advanced knowledge of state management in React applications (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.). * Experience optimizing web performance (Web Vitals). * Familiarity with design systems and interface componentization. * Familiarity with frontend automated testing (e.g., Jest and React Testing Library). * Familiarity with CI/CD practices and deployment pipelines. * Strong understanding of frontend security principles. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools: Ansible, Terraform, Packer. * Advanced/fluent English. **Discover the Benefits of Becoming a Ser Unico** **Flexible Benefit:** R$1\.500,00 per month, distributable across VA/VR, Culture, Mobility, and Flex Vacation categories; **Remote Work Allowance:** A monthly R$120,00 allowance to cover home office expenses (e.g., utilities and internet); **Profit Sharing (PLR):** Eligible for Profit and Results Sharing per collective bargaining agreement; **Education Benefit:** Unico fully funds 100% of studies for 100% of employees via courses available on the Unico Skill platform—you may choose from undergraduate, graduate, MBA, language, specialized, and mentoring programs; **Well-being:** Access to platforms such as Gympass and Totalpass; **Extended Parental Leave:** 180 days for pregnant individuals and primary caregivers in adoption processes; 60 days for non-pregnant individuals and secondary caregivers in adoption processes—all fully paid, including salary and benefits throughout the entire period. **Work Location** We adopt a remote-first work model, our \#tetounico.
