**WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:** Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, benefits, deductions, social charges, and taxes. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing. Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify inconsistencies and suggest improvements. Stay updated on changes in labor and social security legislation. Manage the timekeeping system, ensuring correct data collection and processing. Monitor and analyze absenteeism and overtime indicators, proposing preventive and corrective actions. Prepare timekeeping control reports for management follow-up. Administer company-provided benefits such as health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, and life insurance. Negotiate contracts with benefit providers and monitor service quality. Communicate and clarify employee questions regarding benefits.
