If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process payments to suppliers and service providers related to the People, Processes, and Technology department (e.g., benefits, reimbursements, service providers, systems, etc.), ensuring adherence to established deadlines and accurate execution of amounts; * Verify amounts, deadlines, documents, and authorizations prior to payment execution; * Record and monitor payments in the system; * Maintain and track departmental payment spreadsheets and reports; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures; * Support internal audits by providing payment-related information and documentation; * Maintain organization and confidentiality of employees’ financial and personal information; * Serve as the primary contact point between the department and Finance regarding payment-related matters. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Administration or related fields; * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields; * Technical Knowledge: * Administrative and financial routines; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience with payment systems or ERP (preferred). **Additional Information** * Health Insurance – Hapvida (fixed monthly cost of 30% of the plan’s table value, with co-payment – 30%); * Dental Insurance – Hapvida and Oral Santa Helena; * Life Insurance \- MetLife; * Meal Allowance; * TotalPass; * Day Off; * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property.
