In this trainee program, you will have the opportunity to support the company’s technical projects and implementations, monitor suppliers and construction works, and ensure compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contacting and monitoring suppliers and service providers to ensure fulfillment of contracted scopes, deadlines, and quality; * Material procurement, preparation of technical lists, and requesting quotations; * On-site monitoring of project execution, ensuring adherence to approved designs, technical regulations, and internal standards; * Supporting verification of service and equipment compliance, identifying deviations, and proposing improvements; * Assisting in necessary technical adjustments to ensure facility functionality and safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering (final year or completed within the last two years). * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; * Internship experience or academic project development focused on industrial environments will be considered an advantage; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Brejão\-PE. **Additional Information** * Natto Kit (10kg \- monthly); * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Pharmacy card; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Health and dental plans; * Discounts at educational institutions and leisure venues.
