Job Summary: Professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines, including inspections, blade repairs, and work in energized environments. Key Highlights: 1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines 2. Responsible for supervising and monitoring repairs 3. Working at heights and in energized environments **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines; * Conduct internal and external inspections of wind turbine components; * Monitor and supervise blade inspections and repairs; * Properly document all services performed via technical reports and work orders; * Comply with and ensure integrity, compliance, as well as the company's HSE standards and procedures; * Work at heights above ground level, including climbing via elevator and/or access ladders; confined space activities; * Supervise O\&M assistants during task execution; * Work in energized environments and perform high-voltage switching operations; **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Active CFT certification preferred; * Driver's license category B; * Experience in electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical maintenance services for wind turbines (power converters, generators, frequency inverters, control panels, medium-voltage transformers) or in industrial settings **We Offer:** Competitive salary \+ 30% hazard pay \+ health insurance \+ dental insurance \+ meal allowance (R$850.00\) \+ life insurance \+ company-provided transportation \+ housing assistance \+ Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) **Location:** Rio Grande/RS **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.100,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience with wind turbines/wind farms? * Do you hold an active CFT certification? * Do you hold a category B driver's license? * Have you completed a technical course in electrotechnology, electromechanics, or related fields?
