Job Summary: A professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines, including inspections, supervision of repairs, and work in energized environments. Key Highlights: 1. Working at heights and in confined spaces **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines; * Conduct internal and external inspections of wind turbine components; * Supervise and oversee blade inspections and repairs; * Accurately document all service activities through technical reports and work orders; * Record all faults, issues, and adopted solutions in the maintenance management system; * Comply with and ensure adherence to integrity and compliance guidelines, as well as the company's HSE standards and procedures; * Work at heights above ground level, including climbing via elevator and/or access ladders; perform tasks in confined spaces; * Supervise assistants and junior technicians during activity execution; * Work in energized environments and perform high-voltage switching operations; **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Valid CFT (Technical Safety Certificate); * Driver's License Category B; * Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical maintenance services for wind turbines (power converters, generators, frequency inverters, control panels, medium-voltage transformers); * Experience with ECO 122 wind turbines; * Knowledge of SCADA systems; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **We Offer:** Competitive salary + 30% hazard pay + health insurance + dental insurance + meal allowance (BRL 850.00) + life insurance + company transportation + housing allowance + PLR (Profit Sharing Plan) **Location:** Rio Grande/RS **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: BRL 4,800.00 – BRL 6,200.00 per month Selection Questions: * Do you have experience with wind turbines/wind farms? * Do you hold a valid CFT? * Do you hold a Category B driver's license? * Have you completed a technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields? * Do you have experience with ECO 122 wind turbines? * Do you have knowledge of SCADA systems?
