Join our team and start your professional journey with us. **Job Description:** Responsible for leading processes to maintain the Bunge Management System (BPS – Bunge Production System) within the Continuous Improvement Pillar, as well as supporting respective leaders across other Pillars, by ensuring compliance with program standards, rules, and practices within operational routines, aiming at process effectiveness and achieving objectives through improvements in productivity, quality, and operational costs. **Main responsibilities** Coordinate the execution of processes and provide support in the designated unit within the Continuous Improvement Pillar. Ensure support to various areas of the designated unit across other BPS Pillars. Manage internal audits for the Continuous Improvement Pillar. Encourage and coordinate the application of continuous improvement tools. Establish and coordinate the monthly review routine of performance indicators. Coordinate the analysis and implementation of best practices from other units. Identify and lead specific improvement projects within the unit. Support unit management in evaluating and setting goals for the unit.**Additionally:** * Coordinate the execution of processes and provide support in the designated unit within the Continuous Improvement Pillar of the Bunge Management System \- BPS – Bunge Production System, through verification, control, and compliance with program standards, rules, and practices within operational routines. * Provide support to various areas of the designated unit across other BPS Pillars: Safety, Quality and Product Safety, Environmental Sustainability, Leadership and Engagement, Learning and Development, Customer Value, Reliability, and Project Management. * Manage internal audits for the Continuous Improvement Pillar, as well as monitor and support corporate audits at the unit, verifying compliance with established processes and identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities. * Disseminate practices and concepts, consolidating a culture of excellence in daily operations, aiming at continuous improvement of industrial processes and sustainability of the BPS system. * Encourage and coordinate the application of continuous improvement tools within multifunctional teams, as well as identify opportunities for loss reduction, process optimization, and implementation of management tools through improvement projects. * Establish and coordinate the monthly review routine of the unit's performance indicators (KPIs) against defined targets, as well as identify improvement opportunities and problem-solving related to processes across all areas/sectors. * Work together with the unit team to achieve established performance targets. * Train and support unit leaders in result analysis, root cause analysis, and development of action plans to meet targets. * Develop a continuous improvement environment through problem-solving culture and PDCA. * Coordinate the analysis and implementation of best practices from other units, examining their execution and improvements, seeking the best processes, innovative ideas, and alternatives for local implementation, driving superior results and performance. * Identify and lead specific improvement projects within the unit and/or region, aligned with preliminary agreements with corporate management, business representatives, and/or corporate teams, providing visibility of progress, applying and sharing experiences, best practices, and results. * Continuously coordinate the identification of process optimization opportunities and productivity increases, aligned with business strategy. * Lead improvement projects and problem-solving groups (Kaizen). * Contribute to the unit’s management system by reviewing processes, validating workflows, and assisting in the development and approval of operational procedures. * Support unit management in evaluating and setting unit goals, capturing key indicators, analyzing historical data, and internal and external benchmarks. * Ensure the use of Visual Management tools to communicate results to operational teams. * Report to industrial management and corporate teams on results and maintenance of the Bunge Management System (BPS) and identified improvement opportunities. * Monitor the application of management system practices in area routines and employee understanding of their roles and performance indicators, proposing improvements when necessary. * Ensure the execution of process standardization practices, mapping critical tasks and key points in processes. * Comply with and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, respecting and following company standards, technical norms, and current legislation, using and monitoring the use of PPEs and collective protection equipment, ensuring personal safety and that of colleagues. * Be responsible for food safety and product quality, performing activities to ensure contamination-free products (chemical, physical, or biological), using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP knowledge (monitoring OPRPs and CCPs involved in the production process). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Food, Chemical, Production) or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Continuous Improvement, Environment, Production/Processes, or Projects (desirable) * Advanced English language skills (desirable) *
