We are seeking a **Controller** to strategically and analytically manage the company's financial operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting information, monitoring performance indicators, and supporting management in decision\-making through detailed analysis and managerial reporting. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Management is desirable; * Solid experience in controller functions, financial planning, and results analysis; * Advanced knowledge of Excel; * Proficiency in Brazilian accounting standards (BR GAAP) and, preferably, IFRS; * Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and strong communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and analyze accounting, financial, and managerial reports; * Conduct control and analysis of company costs and expenses; * Manage budgeting and financial planning, monitoring performance and proposing corrective actions; * Participate in strategic decision\-making processes by providing relevant financial data and analysis; * Ensure compliance with tax and legal obligations, guaranteeing adherence to accounting and regulatory standards.
