**Administrative Assistant (PwD)** =================================== Bianchini \| Rio Grande \- RS \| On\-site Job Description The Administrative Assistant \- Internal Circuit Operator is responsible for executing, monitoring and documenting processes, systems, routines and procedures related to the administrative and internal monitoring area. Directly involved in organizing and controlling documents, information and materials, ensuring the proper functioning of internal operations and providing support to other areas of the organization. Responsibilities and duties * Operate and monitor closed circuit television (CCTV) systems, ensuring proper equipment operation and environment security. * Execute, monitor and document administrative processes and routines within the assigned area. * Review, prepare, type, issue, organize and consolidate administrative documents, reports and information. * Prepare, receive, classify, verify and distribute materials and documents required for the area's activities. * Control records and maintain physical and digital files updated and organized. * Support data analysis and preparation of management reports. * Follow internal procedures, company policies and security and confidentiality standards. * Report failures or relevant incidents to the immediate supervisor. Requirements and qualifications High school or technical education completed, preferably in administration, accounting or related fields. Good knowledge of computer applications (spreadsheets, word processor, slide presentations).
