**Administrative Assistant** ============================= Bianchini \| Rio Grande \- RS \| On\-site Job Description The **Administrative Assistant** – Internal Surveillance Operator is responsible for executing, monitoring, and documenting processes, systems, routines, and procedures related to the administrative and internal monitoring areas. This role directly handles the organization and control of documents, information, and materials, ensuring the proper functioning of internal operations and providing support to other organizational departments. Responsibilities and Duties * Operate and monitor closed\-circuit television (CCTV) systems, ensuring proper equipment operation and environmental security. * Execute, monitor, and document administrative processes and routines within the assigned area. * Review, prepare, type, issue, organize, and consolidate administrative documents, reports, and information. * Prepare, receive, classify, verify, and distribute materials and documents required for departmental activities. * Maintain physical and digital records and files updated and organized. * Support data analysis and preparation of management reports. * Follow internal procedures, company policies, and safety and confidentiality regulations. * Report any malfunctions or relevant incidents to the immediate supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or technical education, preferably in administration, accounting, or related fields. Proficiency with computer applications (spreadsheets, word processing, slide presentations).
