Biomedical / esthetician / physiotherapist for the position of laser specialist (Pelotas and region)

Description: * Completed higher education in Esthetics and Cosmetology (recognized by MEC and holding an active CNPB or CRBM license); * Higher education in Biomedicine with specialization or completed postgraduate degree in Esthetics (must have an active CRBM license); * Completed higher education in Physiotherapy, with active CREFITO registration (in the state where the professional will operate); * Desired experience in customer service, client acquisition, and sales; * Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule. * Perform technical laser hair removal procedures; * Conduct client assessments; * Guide and clarify client questions regarding our laser hair removal service; * Record client session progress in the system, documenting parameters used and treatment information in the electronic medical record; * Monitor complications and address client concerns about treatment results, providing assistance and clarifications, as well as handling associated administrative processes; * Sell and resell laser hair removal packages (online and/or in-person), and collect payments according to commercial policies; * Request and manage materials and supplies required for clinical procedures; * Organize and maintain hygiene of the procedure room and equipment used; * Be responsible for following the company's SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and established protocols; * Carefully use (according to usage protocols) the laser machine, check its proper functioning, and perform preventive maintenance on all equipment under their responsibility; * Inform all clients about the NPS survey, encouraging feedback to support continuous improvement of our customer relationships. 2509170202251596276
