Job Summary: Grupo RBS is seeking a professional to operate and mix audio during broadcasts and recordings, ensuring technical quality and correct routing of audio and video signals. Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map and organize audio and video signals, ensuring correct routing for broadcast and recording; * Operate and mix audio during broadcasts and recordings; * Monitor and verify broadcast and recording signals to ensure technical quality; * Stay attentive to radio programming schedules and report any discrepancies to the responsible teams; * Knowledge of audio editing and software: Sound Forge. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work in teams; * Flexible working hours; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; * Availability to work across different shifts; * Valid professional registration (DRT) issued by the Radio Broadcasters' Union; * Preferred: Familiarity with Rádio Gaúcha’s programming schedule. **Additional Information** **Internal candidates must apply by 04/12/2026\.** RBS is made up of people.
