By heavily investing in research and development, TMSA has more than quadrupled its patent application volume in recent years. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Size and monitor the utilization of labor and equipment resources, as well as identify, quantify, and allocate resources required for construction execution through projected cost control; * Develop and maintain up-to-date physical and financial schedules for the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); * Prepare, quantify, and control on-site service production through systematic and periodic progress measurements, reporting any production deviations in Daily Construction Logs; * Evaluate, analyze, and propose alternative production methods to meet orders, securing commitment from relevant departments to optimize productive capacity; * Provide support to the Contracts department regarding additional costs; * Conduct monthly expense forecasting for construction projects and submit reports to the Finance department; * Proactively inform other company departments—using project management and planning tools—of potential delays; * Develop network diagrams, activity sequencing, float application, and critical path determination. **Requirements and Qualifications** * WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Visual Management (Construction Administration Management); * Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Spider, EPM; * Quality tools (PDCA, MASP, Cause-and-Effect, etc.); * Spanish/English; Quality Management System (procedures, indicators, quality policy and objectives, etc). * **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Good Card; * On-site meals; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site parking; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * In-company therapy.
