




Supervision and execution of activities with the following responsibilities/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push, and Pull): \- Manage all operational activities characteristic of the beverage business; \- Ensure achievement of team people-related indicators (absenteeism, turnover, net working hours, etc.); \- Motivate, train, and develop operational leaders and teams; \- Ensure compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for the team; \- Preserve relationships with customers and with the customer’s customers; \- Provide operational conditions enabling execution of team routines and achievement of results; \- Ensure market presence (customer’s customers), verifying service/delivery conditions and team performance; \- Develop and ensure maintenance suppliers compatible with company and customer requirements; \- Perform People & Management routines in accordance with People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety, and other processes; \- Safeguard company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); \- Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards, and specifications; \- Properly wear uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company; \- Commit to operational goals jointly defined with the customer, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program; \- Demonstrate personal and professional behavior consistent with the role; \- Perform related tasks as requested by superiors.
