Job Summary:
A professional responsible for ensuring service quality in meter reading, conducting technical training, and analyzing effectiveness reports to propose improvements.

**SALARY R$ 2\.875,73**
**WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; Saturdays until 12:00 PM.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Participate in the quality committee by compiling information from your area and presenting improvement suggestions for the meter reading process to the committee;
Conduct periodic technical training for meter readers and supervisors: training on reading measurement equipment and delivering bills; training on issuing service notes, aiming to ensure service quality;
Systematically analyze the route reading effectiveness report, verifying completed and incomplete readings, and reporting and proposing process improvements;
Handle various customer complaints regarding services provided by your team—meter reading and bill delivery—as well as monitor receipt of reading files;
Ensure your team meets the targets established by the contracting party.
**REQUIREMENTS:** Technical course in Electrotechnology; a bachelor’s degree in progress in Business Administration or Production Engineering is desirable;
Basic-level Microsoft Office proficiency;
Basic knowledge of electricity;
Basic knowledge of: Quality and Environment, Occupational Health and Safety.
